About Us

Yoga My Ikigai was born from a shared passion for helping people discover balance, clarity, and purpose in life. Ikigai is a Japanese word meaning “reason for being,” and we believe yoga is one of the most powerful ways to find it.

Founded by Saumya Upadhyay and Shruti Gaur, Yoga My Ikigai blends traditional yogic wisdom with modern, practical techniques. Both teachers bring years of experience in guiding students through asanas, pranayama, kriyas, and yogic lifestyle practices—always in a way that’s beginner-friendly and easy to apply in daily life.
